How to create a Windows 10 Installation USB

There are tons of ways to create Windows 10 Installation USB, and we are here to talk about a few easiest ways for beginners.

First, you need to download an official Windows 10 image from the Microsoft official website ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10ISO ).

If you are NOT using Windows:

Just simply skip to THIS SECTION

If you are using Windows:

You will see the following screen, but it might not be the site you want since it might detect you using Windows and force you to use their tool. But no worries, we can teach you how to make it through.

You have to press “F12” if you are using Google Chrome, and press the button in the following picture.

Then you will have to press “F5” to refresh the page. After pressing “F5”, you can press “F12” again and you will arrive on the page that you really want.

The ISO image download page:

You can select the edition of Windows 10 you want. You will be asked to select the language you want after pressing confirm. Just select the one you need and press confirm again. You will see two buttons, one is “64-bit Download”. Another one will be “32-bit Download”. Almost all computers are running 64-bit nowadays, so just click on “64-bit Download” to download the installation image.

Download Etcher to code the image into the USB

Go to the official website of Etcher (https://www.balena.io/etcher/), scroll down and you will find some download buttons. We recommend Etcher because it’s available on all three majors of platform. It covers all Windows, Mac OS and Linux. Click the download button next to the platform you are using,
